Menopause Day 2022
World Menopause Day is celebrated annually on 18th of October and this year’s theme is Cognition and Mood.

Did you know that there are 35 recognised symptoms of menopause?
Do you find managing menopausal symptoms in your work life somewhat difficult? You are not alone in your menopausal journey.
At Otago Polytechnic, 31% of our total staff are females between the ages of 45-65, which is the age when menopausal symptoms normally occur.

Come along to our series of short seminars designed to help better navigate this transition; featuring Australasian Menopause Society member and local GP Dr Anna Gilmour and our own internal experts from Wellbeing, Sport, Nursing, and Culinary Arts who will talk and answer questions about sleep, exercise, diet, and more.
